- Title Transfer: Ownership of the products transfers to you only after full payment has been received and the goods are delivered.

VII. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within one business day. You will be notified with a dispatch confirmation that includes the expected delivery timeline.

- Please note that we ship exclusively to the billing address associated with your payment method.
- Our courier’s delivery confirmation is final. Once delivered, you assume responsibility for the products.
VIII. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products promptly. If you identify any issues, contact us within 14 days. Failure to report concerns within this period will be taken as acceptance that the products meet your expectations and description.
IX. Cancellation and Returns
- Cancellation Right: You may cancel your contract within 14 working days starting the day after delivery. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
- Return Procedure: Returned items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.
- Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be refunded (processed within 7 days after return).
- For returns received between 15 and 28 days, we may issue a credit note valid for 12 months.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns to ensure proof of postage.
X. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 28 days of purchase. We will offer you a full refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

Entries to any NoTMRW Athletics competitions are open exclusively to amateur participants. By entering, you grant us permission to use your submitted content for online and social media purposes. If you do not wish your photo or entry to be used, please notify us prior to submission.
XV. Currency Conversion
Prices on our website are in EUR. While we provide estimated conversions via the current exchange rate, these rates are approximate and may vary at the time of purchase. All transactions will be processed in EUR, and your bank will determine the final conversion rate.
