Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This allows you to
withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without the need to provide any reasons. The
withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier,
take possession of the goods.

through a clear statement (e.g., via email or postal mail). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it
is sufficient to send your communication regarding your intention to exercise your right of
withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal from the contract, we will promptly refund all payments received from you,
including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method
other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), no later than fourteen days from the date
we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method
as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished
value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the
nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
